How to get Started

If you have heard about the Cain & Cain law firm, or our Estate Planners for Life program, you may already know that we take a different approach to estate planning. Before we even begin working with individuals and families on estate plans we take the time to provide education on important estate planning concepts and about our process of creating and maintaining personalized plans that really work. In addition, it is important for us to get to know individuals and families and fully understand their goals and concerns in all matters that may be related to their estate plans. After this mutual learning occurs we will mutually decide whether or not to move forward into the first step of creating an estate plan.

Get Started:

Call and schedule a meeting:

We usually begin the process of getting to know individuals and families by scheduling a meeting over the phone with an attorney. This meeting is fairly brief and on average will take about 10 to 15 minutes. At the end of this meeting, if we mutually agree that our process and your goals sound like they may be a good fit we will schedule a meeting at our office to discuss further at our “Get Acquainted Meeting”. There is no charge for the phone call, or the Get Acquainted Meeting.

Typically, our clients have started the process of learning about us, and teaching us about them by either attending an educational presentation at our office, or by calling and scheduling a meeting with an attorney.

The Empowered Estate Plan Presentation:

Each month we host an educational presentation on estate planning. To find information about our next presentation visit our calendar. You may also sign up online by visiting our registration page. There is no charge to attend any of our educational events.
